Cancellation of Order: Before Shipment

Should you decide to cancel the order, BIGBIGWON requests you to email us on contact@bigbigwon.com to cancel the order before the shipment of the product.


Cancellation of Order: After Shipment

If your order was stated as shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as the package is already on its way to the destination. However, we are happy to help you with the return.


Refund or an exchange subject to the conditions below: 

  • Orders must be made at our official website(order starting with BBW#). If you place the order on another platform, please contact their customer service for further help.
  • Products can be returned within 30 calendar days of the shipment receiving date, excluding Final Sale items. Returned items must be postmarked at the designated shipping facility within the 30 calendar days Return Period.
  • Item(s) must be returned in original packaging. 

Return for a refund will not be accepted, subject to the conditions below: 

  • Final Sale Items (Final Sale Items are indicated as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.)
  • Any damage caused by individual factors, such as:

(a) Products have been used, damaged, stained, worn, or tainted including smell which would affect the ability to resell

(b) Products without all original components 

BIGBIGWON Inc reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above. In some cases, BIGBIGWON Inc might charge a cleaning/restocking fee.

 

If you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received is dependent on the total cost of the order (Buy More, Save More Sale) and you wish to return an item(s), then the discount you qualified for is subjected to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion. Refunds will then be recalculated accordingly to reflect promotional terms. 


International Orders Return Policy

BIGBIGWON provides a free return shipping label for return, so you don't need to pay for the shipping fee when requesting a return service, subject to the conditions below:
1. The product is damaged, worn when arriving
2. The product is defective when using
3. And any other conditions that are due to the BIGBIGWON's reason.

International customers will need to pay the return shipping fee to our nearest warehouse when requesting a return service, subject to the conditions below:
1. Customers don't like the product
2. Customers don't need the product anymore
3. Customers bought the wrong product
4. And any other conditions that are due to the customer's reason.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Instructions On How To Return

To return products purchased from BIGBIGWON Inc, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your product(s) and complete the following steps: 

  1. Email us at contact@bigbigwon.com to file a claim. Please include your PO number, name, address, and phone number (including area code) with the name of the item and a description of the problem.
  1. Pack the item(s) in the original BIGBIGWON Inc packaging and ship them back within 7 business days. Return and refund will no longer be accepted if you miss the return window. 
  1. Once your return package has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your refund/exchange. You will receive separate e-mails when we receive your returned package and when the refund is processed*.

 

* According to the rules of the platform, "A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to your customer."
