Bad points: Arrived with a faulty right bumper i have to hard press to the button to register. the d pad doesnt feel the nicest. the left analogue stick click is feeling really after only 1 month of use. I contacted support via email and whatsapp, however i havnt got any replies to my complaints.
Good points: the software is really nice especially the ability to recorrect the centre point of deadzone. minor stick drift but manageable, i use 0 dead zone in game and controller software. The joy sticks are nice though slightly softer tension than im used to.
overall I'm happy with the controller but the customer support along with the faulty controller really let me down. if they switched over the controller for me and sent me a good working one then i would have recommended people this company and i would have continued my business with them. i have ben waiting 3 weeks and no one has replied, if i get any update from BBW then i will update this post.
Didar competitive fps gamer.
The controller is good and it feels great and meets my expectations, but the software is obtener incosistent. It forgets which config i had assigned to each slot, forgets about my macros, randomly disables the rumble on a config slot and unnasigns my configurations when editing them. I havent tried the mobile app but the pc needs some fixes. The only way to manage this is managing to configurate it once without it bugging and never touching it again, but it makes it uncomfortable to change setting regularly. If you make the software consistent i would give this 5 stars.
Faulty right bumper, even front left doesn’t feel responsive as it should but the right 1 only works half the time unless I press really hard. The d-pad doesn’t feel too nice either, could use improvements. Please send me another controller because this 1 is broken and I actually like the controller if it wasn’t broken.
BIGBIGWON Blitz 2 NearLink Wireless Gaming Controller
After trying nearly every high-end controller out there, I can confidently say that the perfect controller is one without analog triggers. It's not just about having a simple digital trigger—it's about precision and responsiveness. These other companies charging double the price with less ergonomic designs are missing the mark. When it comes to FPS gaming, comfort and performance matter most. Add in a 2k polling rate and gyro support, and you've got a game-changing experience. Trust me, this is a whole new level
